Duties

- Assist customers in selecting the correct parts and accessories, providing expert advice based on their units needs.
- Manage parts inventory through accurate order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and organization using systems like POS (Point of Sale)
- Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit card payments, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain strong communication with customers via phone etiquette, ensuring clear information exchange and follow-up on orders or inquiries.
- Collaborate with the other advisors to support repair needs by sourcing parts quickly and accurately.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other tools to track inventory levels, sales data, and order statuses for optimal organization.




- Promote services through marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies to boost retail sales.

Qualifications

- Proven experience or background in parts, service and /or retail sales is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, CMMS software, and cashiering procedures to ensure smooth transactions.
- Strong communication skills, multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Knowledge of small engine repair processes, maintenance procedures, and parts specifications enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and vendors to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Demonstrated math skills for accurate pricing, calculations, and cash handling responsibilities.
