- Manage patient appointment bookings for Eye Van visits
- Update patient information and referral records




- Coordinate urgent situations with appropriate staff
- Maintain lists of healthcare providers and doctors
- Provide administrative support to the Eye Van team

Requirements:

- College diploma in medical administration or 3 years relevant experience
- Proficient with medical software applications
- Robust communication and organizational skills
- Experience with OHIP billing is an asset
- Bilingualism in French and English preferred
