Representative - Full-Time Position - Garner and Wakefield Locations We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly personable Patient Services Representative to join our team at our Garner Urgent Care. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities - Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism - Accurately collect and input patient information into the electronic health record system - Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations - Handle incoming calls and front desk correspondence - Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to provide outstanding service What You Bring - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while juggling multiple tasks - Ability to build and maintain positive, effective working relationships with co-workers, providers, and patients - At least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting is required Schedule - Three 13-hour shifts with weekend coverage as needed - Full medical, dental, and vision coverage with FSA and HSA options - Retirement plan with employer contributions - Company-paid life insurance - Paid Time Off program Compensation - $17.50–$23.50 per hour, based on experience
