The expected base salary range for this position is $18 – $19 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Daily Responsibilities
- Processing of daily tasks – incoming cheques, incoming and outgoing wire using systems such as ServiceLink,
Client Source, RBC Express wire and BTS.
- Assist where required to help maintain balance in work volumes and must be able to meet SLA’s.
- Be prepared to put in some overtime when required as volumes fluctuate throughout the months and during RRSP season.
Program / Technology / Software Knowledge
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
- Knowledge of Client Source, RBC Express and Broadridge platforms is considered an asset.
Must-Have Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of wire payments.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Ability to enter data at 7000+ keystrokes per hour.
Nice-to-Have Skills / Experience
- Knowledge of Client Source, RBC Express and Broadridge platforms.
