Greenfield is seeking an HR Generalist – People & Culture to provide advisory support across the entire employee lifecycle. Working closely with the People & Culture team and the organization’s Centers of Excellence, the incumbent implements consistent, compliant, and people-centered solutions that foster employee engagement, talent development, and a positive employee experience, while supporting the organization’s operational needs.

Job Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Participate in the recruitment process in collaboration with managers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure a professional, seamless candidate experience aligned with the organization’s culture.
- Lead the onboarding of new employees and ensure a structured integration process.
- Conduct post-hire follow-ups and adjust onboarding plans as needed.
- Promote the organization within educational institutions and the Quebec labour market by participating in recruitment, networking, and partnership development activities.

Learning & Development

- Support managers and employees in the creation, implementation, and follow-up of individual development plans.
- Support employee growth by coordinating training activities and ensuring compliance with required training programs.
- Coordinate and monitor mandatory Health and Safety training requirements in partnership with the Health and Safety Department to support regulatory and organizational compliance.
- Contribute to the identification of key talent and succession planning needs.

HR Advisory Services

- Provide first-line Human Resources support and guidance to employees and managers.
- Interpret and apply organizational policies, programs, and practices.

Employee Engagement & Internal Communications

- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to promote local initiatives and achievements.
- Support organizational change initiatives through targeted and effective communications.
- Coordinate and contribute to internal events that strengthen employee engagement and a sense of belonging.




- Maintain and update Human Resources documentation.

Job Requirements:

- University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, including advisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including Dayforce, and collaboration platforms.
- Functional English is an asset
- Membership in the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR/CRHA) designation is considered an asset.
