We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and compassionate Physiotherapy / Kinesiology Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, well-organized, professionally presented, and available to work up to full-time hours.

Position Overview The Physiotherapy / Kinesiology Technician will work closely with our licensed physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to support the delivery of individualized treatment programs. You will assist patients with therapeutic exercises, help maintain a safe and welcoming clinical environment, and contribute to the clinic’s daily administrative and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist physiotherapists with implementing and monitoring prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs.
- Guide patients through exercises using proper techniques and safety precautions.
- Observe and document patient participation and progress, reporting concerns or significant changes to the supervising physiotherapist.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment before appointments.
- Clean and disinfect treatment spaces and equipment in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
- Assist patients with mobility and positioning when required.




- Support administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and answering general inquiries.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, families, and team members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to help provide coordinated patient care.
- Follow all clinic policies and applicable health, safety, privacy, and infection-control requirements.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Health Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a physiotherapy technician, kinesiologist assistant, rehabilitation assistant, or healthcare support professional is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation practices, and safe patient handling.
- Energetic, positive, and comfortable working in a busy clinical environment.
- Professional presentation and strong personal hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and attentive to detail.




- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely lift, position, or assist patients when required.
- Availability to work part-time or up to full-time hours, depending on clinic needs.

Pay: $19.00-$27.00 per hour
