Position Overview

We are seeking certified Pilates instructors to join our Hamilton Mountain & Stoney Creek location. The ideal candidate will be confident leading group classes including Pilates, Yoga, and HIIT, while creating a safe, fun, and motivating environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and facilitate Hot Pilates classes in a heated studio.
- Instruct, motivate, and inspire clients ranging from beginners to experienced practitioners.
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts with proper form and clear verbal/non-verbal cues.
- Provide modifications and progressions to meet the needs of all participants.
- Build strong connections with clients, encourage consistency, and support them in achieving results.
- Start and end classes on time while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism.
- Contribute to a welcoming and community-driven atmosphere.

Qualifications
- Certification in Pilates, (or completion of a comprehensive fitness training program).
- Group class teaching experience with diverse populations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to create a fun, supportive, and energetic class workplace.
- Passion for health, wellness, and personal growth.

Physical Requirements
- Comfortable teaching in a heated studio environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capacity to safely demonstrate exercises and assist clients with proper technique.
