Lead plant finance and accounting activities as a Controller, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls. Partner with operations to drive profitability and improve efficiency every month. This Controller position requires expertise in finance/accounting within a manufacturing setting.

You will manage month-end close, forecast performance, and support budgeting initiatives. With focus on standard costing and compliance, you’ll enhance internal controls while developing an effective finance team. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead month-end and year-end close activities
- Own standard costing and inventory accounting
- Partner with Operations on efficiency and performance
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Develop and lead plant finance teams Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA designation or equivalent
- 7-10+ years in manufacturing finance
- Strong skills in internal controls and variance analysis
