Role: Playwright Automation QA Lead with Salesforce
Location: Remote (Mississauga-Ontario-CANADA)
Duration: Contract
Technical Skills Primary
- Must have experience in Playwright with JavaScript and have lead automation teams
- Good to have Perform comprehensive testing of PnC Insurance domain agent portals applications to ensure high quality accuracy and functionality
- Good to have experience on Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM
- Develop and execute detailed test plans test cases and test scripts for both manual and automated testing
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and product owners to understand business requirements and technical deliverables
- Identify document and track defects using standard tools and methodologies ensuring timely resolution
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational quality standards
- Analyze test results and prepare clear insightful test reports for stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and increase automation coverage
- Utilize Salesforce test automation tools to improve testing efficiency and consistency
- Stay updated with the latest automation salesforce enhancements and testing techniques
Roles and responsibilities
- Lead end to end testing activities for Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM cloud Insurance domain applications
- Design and implement test automation frameworks and automation scripts using Playwright or similar tools
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones
- Mentor and guide junior testers on best practices tools and technical skill development
- Collaborate with development teams to assess product changes and their impact on testing scope
- Manage the defect lifecycle from identification through resolution with clear stakeholder communication
- Drive quality assurance processes contributing to test strategy planning and execution
- Conduct regression integration system and UAT testing as required
- Provide regular status updates risk assessments and progress reports to project management and leadership
