What You’ll Do As the Foreman, you are the on‑site leader — coordinating crews, managing workflow, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You will

- Supervise and lead installation crews of 2+ workers - Oversee excavation, grading, base prep, pool placement, plumbing, backfilling, and equipment installation - Manage site logistics, deliveries, and subcontractor coordination - Conduct daily inspections for safety, quality, and progress - Troubleshoot issues and make real‑time decisions to keep projects on track - Ensure all work meets engineered plans, manufacturer specs, and local codes - Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers - Complete daily reports, photos, and documentation What Success Looks Like You excel in this role when you:
- Deliver projects on time and within budget - Maintain a clean,
