Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Powersports Dealer Parts and Accessories Person to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing parts, accessories, and related products for a variety of powersports vehicles such as motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft. Your expertise will ensure customers receive exceptional service, accurate product information, and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, retail sales experience, and a passion for powersports equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories suitable for their powersports vehicles
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts and accessories using dealership management software and inventory systems
- Process sales transactions accurately through the Point of Sale (POS) system while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
- Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing products for delivery or pickup
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with the service department to identify parts needed for repairs and maintenance
- Support marketing efforts by promoting new products, accessories, or seasonal promotions




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department to ensure efficient operations
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to track inventory levels, sales data, and reorder points
- Uphold safety standards and proper maintenance procedures within the parts department

Qualifications

- Previous dealership experience in powersports or automotive parts sales preferred
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (such as POS platforms) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Strong retail sales background with excellent customer service skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases
- Knowledge of powersports vehicles, automotive repair processes, and maintenance is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, math skills for inventory management, and order processing
- Effective communication skills with phone etiquette and negotiation abilities
- Organizational skills to manage inventory levels and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience with cashiering, cash handling, marketing strategies, and sales management is desirable
