Child and Family Agency Inc. is hiring two full-time Prevention Workers to enhance the social functioning and well-being of youth. You will provide personal coaching, crisis intervention, and connect families to community resources, significantly impacting those affected by crisis events. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal coaching services with educators
- Deliver crisis intervention and support to families
- Referrals to skilled and community resources
- Engage in evenings and weekends as required
- Support the well-being of youth and families in crisis

Requirements:

- Education and experience in youth services
- BSW/BISW or related discipline preferred
- Knowledge of child welfare acts and First Nations culture
- Drivers license and reliable vehicle required
- Current CPIC and Vulnerable Sector Check on hiring
