About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Process Improvement & P2P Operations Lead to drive operational excellence across our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Supplier Management functions. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on identifying opportunities for improvement, leading change initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders to optimize processes and business performance.

The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights to improve productivity, enhance supplier management processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Recommend and implement system and process enhancements to optimize departmental operations.
- Lead talent management activities, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, and employee development.
- Foster a high-performance culture by leading with energy, accountability, and a positive mindset.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and projects to improve supplier management and internal operations.
- Analyze large volumes of data and transform complex findings into simple, actionable recommendations.
- Lead meetings and establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
- Investigate and resolve Procure-to-Pay (P2P) pipeline issues using data-driven decision-making.
- Support ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and special projects.
- Plan, monitor,



and lead continuous improvement initiatives from conception through implementation.
- Drive collaboration and cultural change by building trusted partnerships across business portfolios.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

- Bachelor's Degree or Post-Secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 3-5 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes.
- Proven experience leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience with expense and invoice management systems, particularly Concur .
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred
- Experience working with SAP ERP systems.
- Knowledge of VBA and SQL.
- Experience with SAP Concur (required).
- Experience with SAP Ariba and Fieldglass is considered an asset.
- Experience within Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Shared Services, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations environments.
