POSITION SUMMARY The Procurement and Pricing Analyst supports the Sourcing, Operations and Finance departments through the collection, management and analysis of data. The Analyst is responsible for working with Specification and Pricing data to support new business opportunities as well as existing client engagements.

JOB DUTIES

- Cleanse data and build meaningful analysis to summarize results and trends
- Serve as subject matter expert on Specifications, Pricing, Systems and Reporting
- * Leverage advanced analytical and technical skills (MS Excel/Access) to complete deliverables
- Partner with departments to support RFP (Request for Proposal) and New Business Opportunities
- Create Savings Analysis
- Develop pricing tools to be used by operations teams
- Adhere to existing or contribute to creating current Benchmarking Schedules which define the methodology for measuring savings for a customer.
- Perform periodic audit and validation of benchmarking process across various accounts
- Build strategic relationships with internal and external customers




- Challenge the status quo where appropriate and seek innovative service solutions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s Degree required; Finance or Business emphasis preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred.
- Advanced level in MS Excel required,
- Prior experience in Print production or knowledge of print specifications is highly desirable.
- Expert understand of the correlation between product specifications and price.
- Experience manipulating data, identifying trends, and building presentations to tell a story.
- Experience managing multiple internal and external relationships.
- Understanding of ERP/Procurement systems (e.g., Oracle, Ariba, SAP, etc.) and reports.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize deliverables with competing deadlines.

Must be comfortable presenting data analysis to client and other senior stakeholders
