Scope of Position:

The Procurement Co-op Student will support the Purchasing and Logistics team with day-to-day procurement activities, inventory management, data analysis, and system-related tasks. The role will provide hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations while supporting accurate records, process improvements, and cross-functional problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Purchasing team with day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
- Support STORES operations, including inventory-related activities and maintaining accurate records.
- Work closely with Purchasing, Logistics, and Stores to identify, investigate, and resolve inventory-related issues.
- Support the SAP implementation team with system-related activities, data entry, testing, documentation, and other tasks as required.
- Help maintain accurate and organized purchasing and inventory records
- Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with data and reports.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and suppliers through professional verbal and written communication.

Basic Requirements:





- Currently enrolled in a college or university co-op program in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
