As a Product Assembler at Chin Mounts, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the quality and integrity of our chin mounts. You will be responsible for inspecting, assembling, and packaging our products, contributing to the production of accessories that capture the exhilarating moments of action sports. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to quality control, and a passion for delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control: Inspect chin mounts and associated components to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards.

Identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or issues in the assembly process.

Assembly: Apply primer and adhesive tape to chin mounts following established guidelines and procedures.

Assemble components securely, ensuring they are ready for packaging.

Packaging: Package assembled chin mounts and accessories accurately and securely to prevent damage during transportation.

Label packages with the appropriate information and ensure they are ready for shipment.

Adherence to Safety and Procedures: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.





Comply with all company policies and procedures related to product assembly.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a smooth workflow.

Assist in training new team members as needed.

Flexibility: Be open to performing other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in product assembly or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic computer skills for labeling and tracking products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds if necessary.
