Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience implementing enterprise Product Management frameworks and governance models

- Experience with digital transformation, Agile/Product operating models, or organizational change

- Previous experience supporting Government / Public Sector transformation initiatives

- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Serve as a Product Management Subject Matter Expert and strategic advisor to the client.

- Define and evolve product management strategies, frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures.

- Assess existing product management capabilities, processes, organizational structures, and ways of working.

- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, duplication, and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop recommendations to establish a scalable and sustainable product management function.
