We’re looking for Product Manager to join our Digital Solutions team within our Winnipeg Office.

As a Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, direction, and delivery of products and initiatives within your area of responsibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, define priorities, and translate product strategy into actionable plans.

You will balance discovery with delivery and utilize data, customer insights, and business objectives to make informed product decisions. You’ll partner with engineering, design, business, customer stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive alignment, remove blockers, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

This role is ideal for a strategic and team-oriented product leader who enjoys solving complex problems, bringing clarity to ambiguity, and turning ideas into products and experiences that create measurable value.

What You'll Do

- Lead product strategy for a defined product area, translating business and customer needs into clear priorities, roadmaps, and actionable plans.




- Drive product discovery to identify customer needs, validate opportunities, and define solutions that deliver meaningful value.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to align teams and drive initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Manage multiple initiatives and priorities, balancing short-term delivery needs with longer-term product strategy.
- Use customer insights, data, market trends, and business objectives to inform product decisions and prioritization.
- Apply approved AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance product discovery, requirements development, analysis, and communication, while improving product planning, decision-making, and delivery outcomes.
- Define and monitor success metrics, using results and learnings to continuously improve products and customer experiences.
- Communicate product direction clearly, proactively remove blockers, and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams. Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related product role.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex products, initiatives, or solutions from discovery through delivery.
- End-user empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, Agile methodologies, and iterative product delivery practices.
- Practical experience leveraging AI technologies and AI-assisted workflows to enhance product discovery, decision-making, delivery, and customer outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools relevant to the role and the ability to responsibly evaluate and apply AI-generated outputs in day-to-day work.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decisions without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, priorities, and decisions.
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence is considered an asset.
