About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking a Product Owner for a contract position with a client in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product vision, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring the delivery of customer-centric solutions through agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Services to be Provided

- Drive the product vision by acting as the voice of the customer and applying a human-centered design approach.
- Shape, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap and product backlog.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful product execution aligned with business objectives.
- Validate and test ideas using continuous feedback loops to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on product goals and timelines.
- Lead product lifecycle activities, including innovation, enhancement, and strategic planning.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Advocate for customer-centric product solutions and enhancements.
- Contribute to key business and product decisions across multiple teams.
- Champion agile best practices to improve team efficiency and product quality.

- Experience with Product Innovation Strategy.
- Strong Agile Project Management experience.




- Experience working in distributed agile environments (ADM).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.
- Experience leading product discovery and customer research initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Expertise Required (Top 3 Required Skills)

1. Strong experience as a Product Owner or Software Product Manager.
2. Expertise in Agile methodologies and product backlog management.
3. Ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and customer-centric solutions.
