- Work closely with Planning, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality,
Human Resources, and other functions to ensure efficient and consistent execution of operations;
- Ensure that health and safety remain at the core of decisions and practices on the production floor;
- Support the evolution of equipment, automation, and manufacturing technologies to increase the company’s capacity and competitiveness;
- Anticipate capacity, workforce, and equipment requirements and implement the necessary actions to support growth;
- Manage manufacturing budgets and identify opportunities to improve operational profitability and efficiency;
- Actively participate in strategic operations decisions and projects that contribute to evolving and improving our manufacturing approach.
What You Bring
- Strong, collaborative leadership and solid manufacturing credibility, both with management teams and on the shop floor;
- A strategic mindset that translates into concrete actions, measurable results, and improved ways of working;
- A hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach focused on achieving sustainable results;
- The ability to develop leaders, engage teams, and establish a strong culture of accountability;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to understand challenges and support decision-making;
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly, while maintaining focus on key objectives;
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels;
- A genuine drive to evolve practices and build stronger, more efficient,
and more versatile operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years in a manufacturing management or leadership role;
- Recognized Lean Manufacturing certification; Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong asset;
- Experience managing complex manufacturing operations and large teams;
- Hands-on experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing Lean practices;
