Reporting to the Director, you will ensure alignment and delivery across multiple corporate initiatives while fostering a collaborative setting. This role demands strong judgment and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stream projects, ensuring impactful outcomes for the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead governance across the TMO for transformative initiatives
- Oversee delivery of Enterprise Transformation programs




- Manage stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination
- Ensure risks and issues are identified and mitigated
- Prepare executive materials for steering committee updates Requirements:
- 8+ years in program management within complex environments
- 5+ years managing similar roles or Project Managers
- PgM or PMP certification required
- Active user of project management tools like MS Planner
- Proven experience managing budgets over $10M Drive strategic initiatives and foster innovation at Mitacs as the Program Manager for Enterprise Transformations.
