Position Title: Project Manager – Curam & CRM Platform Initiatives

Location: Full time onsite – Regina, Saskatchewan

Duration: 2 years (with possible 2-year extension)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery of the LINKIN Platform Upgrade (Cúram 8.0.2) and other digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder engagement with executive leadership, program managers, and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate the full project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and change management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, work breakdown structures, budgets, and status reports.
- Ensure projects meet privacy, security, and compliance requirements aligned with GoS frameworks.
- Provide governance reporting and facilitate Steering Committee meetings.
- Oversee ServiceNow and Azure DevOps for backlog, issue tracking, and task workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams for successful implementation of cloud and CRM integrations.

Qualifications (Mandatory):

- Certification: PMP or PRINCE2 (active and valid).

Preferred Experience:

- Experience working with or for the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) or similar public sector clients.
- Proven success managing Cúram technology-based implementation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders, prioritize objectives, and guide large project teams.




- History of overseeing third-party vendors and proprietary platform implementations in IT environments.
- Experience delivering CRM projects with cloud components (e.g., Azure, AWS, Dynamics 365).
- Proficient with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and other project delivery tools.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Tools & Environment:

- Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint
- Cúram v7 and v8, Dynamics CRM, AWS, Oracle DB
- Agile / Hybrid Waterfall methodology
- Strong adherence to ISO/IEC27001, FOIP, HIPA compliance
