Project Manager

Location: canada and mexico

Manage, monitor, and control project lifecycle – project schedule, scope, resources, and budgets

Identify, manage, and escalate project risks

Work closely with stakeholders from PMO & other DT stakeholders

Define and execute project governance & communication

Work cross-departmentally to communicate objectives and achieve project goal

Support business case and eCAR creation as needed

Report on all project success criteria and activities

Align, coordinate and report to IT PMO lead

Key responsibilities

Capital Edge Tool

Savings Trackers (Excel based)

Planview

Project Management & governance

Qualifications

Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SDLC / Waterfall.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence

Excellent communication (written,



verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands

Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations

Engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives

PMP certified

10+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects

5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix workplace

Prior experience with Planview tool , Capital Edge preferred

Tools: Excel, and PowerPoint; Planview, or equivalent portfolio management tool
