We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Leader with a strong technical background in ServiceNow, public-sector financial systems, and IT project delivery. The successful candidate will lead complex IT initiatives, coordinate offshore delivery teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered in alignment with Ontario public-sector standards and requirements.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably within the public sector.
- 5+ years of proven experience managing ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.
- Strong knowledge of public-sector financial systems, budgeting, and reporting processes in Ontario or other Canadian jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proven experience managing and coordinating offshore development and support teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- IT Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project management for complex IT initiatives involving ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and overall delivery.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.

- Financial Systems Delivery
- Lead projects involving ServiceNow platforms, integrations,



enhancements, and related service-delivery initiatives.
- Manage financial systems projects in accordance with Ontario public-sector policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure project deliverables support business objectives and operational requirements.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Offshore Team &
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and offshore delivery centres.
- Oversee and coordinate offshore development and support teams.
- Ensure offshore teams remain aligned with project objectives, schedules, quality standards, and delivery expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication and resolve project-level conflicts and dependencies.
- Risk, Compliance &
- Reporting
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure deliverables comply with applicable Ontario government standards, procurement requirements, and data privacy regulations.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
- Communicate project progress, risks, financial status, and key decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects.
- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience with ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.
- Experience working with public-sector financial systems, budgeting, and reporting.




- Strong experience managing offshore development teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex IT initiatives in a public-sector workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- ITIL certification, particularly experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or CSM.
- Experience working with Ontario government ministries, agencies, or Crown corporations.
- Knowledge of public-sector procurement processes and vendor management.
- Experience delivering complex projects within regulated public-sector environments.

Work Arrangement Hybrid –

- Toronto, ON The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at 277 Front St W, Toronto, ON, up to 3 days per week.
