Description

- Drive change management and PMO activities for capital markets initiatives.
- Ensure effective project governance and milestone management.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across trading, finance, and technology sectors.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly.
- Produce and present insightful project updates and materials.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships to support program execution.
- Utilize data analysis skills for project insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Transform and manage change initiatives focusing on regulatory and risk management issues.
- Implement PMO discipline and maintain milestone tracking and governance.
- Influence and build relationships with global stakeholders to drive project success.
- Resolve project challenges and escalate issues effectively to stakeholders.




- Develop comprehensive project update materials for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in strategic project management.
- Proven experience in capital markets transformation and regulatory initiatives.
- Strong understanding of derivatives trading, risk, and P&L; flows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience with large datasets and data analysis tools is a plus.
