About Studio SingleTrack Studio is a modern procurement and sourcing platform focused on curated furnishings, architectural products, and project-driven supply solutions for residential, hospitality, and commercial developments. Studio works closely with designers, developers, builders, and commercial clients to help manage sourcing, procurement, logistics, and product coordination across complex projects.

Position Overview The Project Manager will play a central role in coordinating Studio projects from early planning through execution. This role combines project management, client coordination, procurement support, and operational organization. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for Studio clients and suppliers while helping manage timelines, quotations, product coordination, logistics, and overall project execution.

The role will support multiple active projects and client accounts while also contributing to the continued growth and development of the Studio business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience or solid interest in construction, interior design, commercial development, architecture, furnishings, or procurement who enjoys working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial workplace.

Key Responsibilities Project Coordination &

• Execution - Coordinate Studio projects from planning through delivery and execution - Manage project timelines, deliverables, procurement schedules, and internal tracking - Organize and manage quotations, specifications, samples, pricing requests, and approvals - Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics partners, and clients throughout project execution - Maintain organized project documentation, reporting, and communication - Assist in identifying and resolving project issues proactively Client &





• Account Management - Serve as a primary point of contact for Studio clients and accounts - Build strong working relationships with developers, designers, builders, and commercial clients - Support ongoing communication between Studio, suppliers, and project stakeholders - Help manage client expectations, timelines, and follow-ups - Support long-term account growth and relationship development Procurement &

• Supplier Coordinaton - Assist with sourcing and procurement initiatives across Studio product categories - Coordinate supplier communication, pricing updates, lead times, and shipment schedules - Help organize and maintain supplier and product information - Support logistics coordination and delivery tracking where required Business Development Support - Support sales initiatives and new business opportunities - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project discussions - Assist with proposal preparation and customer-facing materials - Support trade show preparation, supplier visits, and sourcing initiatives where applicable Qualifications - Background in project management, construction, interior design, procurement, architecture, commercial development, or related industries - 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Comfortable working directly with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders - Strong attention to detail and follow-through - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace,



and project management tools - Experience with furnishings, architectural products, construction materials, or procurement workflows is considered an asset - Experience reading drawings, specifications, or finish schedules is considered an asset Candidate We’re Looking For - Professional and client-focused - Highly organized and proactive - Strong problem-solving ability - Comfortable operating in a growing entrepreneurial business - Interested in design, construction, development, and project execution - Able to balance relationship management with operational coordination - Willing to attend off-site meetings and events Compensation &
