The role relies on Yardi for move-in/move-out records, refunds, and investor reporting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Yardi experience, GAAP knowledge, and robust Excel skills. Post-secondary accounting education is preferred; U.S. accounting standards familiarity is a plus.
