KDW Counselling & Consulting is a relationship-focused private practice seeking an RP, RP (Qualifying), or RSW to join our team. Our work centres on couples therapy, developmental trauma, and relational healing. We’re looking for a clinician who wants to grow as a relationally oriented therapist and enjoys attachment-focused work and has a particular interest in working with couples.

Responsibilities

- Provide in-person and virtual therapy to individuals and couples
- Work with developmental trauma, attachment injuries, and relationship dynamics
- Maintain clinical notes and ethical standards in accordance with the CRPO/OCSWSSW
- Comfort with independently attracting and retaining clients as part of private practice work, with supplemental referrals provided by the practice as available.

Qualifications

- Registered Psychotherapist (RP),



RP(Qualifying) or RSW in valuable standing
- Interest or experience in couples therapy and developmental trauma
- Strong relational and interpersonal skills
- Training in IFS, EFT, EMDR, Gottman, RLT, or other trauma-informed modalities is an asset
- Solid administrative capacity with the ability to document in both a timely and concise manner.
