and supervisors across multiple job sites Communicate with field crews, supervisors, and clients throughout the day Ensure all sites are fully staffed and running efficiently Track attendance, availability, and shift coverage Experience in traffic control, logistics, or field operations is an asset ~ Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word , and dispatching systems ~ SiteDocs experience is an asset ~ Based out of our Richmond office with possibility of some hybrid after 6 months but no guarantee ~ Must be flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends ~$
