About the role

We’re looking for a QA Analyst with at least two years of experience in manual testing to help us deliver a reliable, easy-to-use learning platform.

You’ll test current features, investigate bugs, verify fixes, and run regression tests. You’ll also help improve our test coverage and QA processes, taking ownership of your work and following issues through to resolution.

This role suits someone who is curious, methodical, and attentive to both functionality and the small details that affect the user experience.

What you’ll do

- Manually test new features and updates to our web platform.
- Perform functional, exploratory, regression, and cross-browser testing.
- Create and maintain test cases and regression checklists.
- Identify and document bugs with clear reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and screenshots or recordings.
- Work with developers to investigate issues, verify fixes, and check for related regressions.
- Check layouts, navigation, forms, and user flows across desktop and mobile screen sizes.




- Flag unclear requirements, edge cases, and usability problems before release.
- Communicate testing progress, outstanding issues, and risks clearly.
- Improve QA documentation and processes as the platform evolves.

What we’re looking for

- At least two years of professional experience in manual software QA, including testing web applications.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to test beyond the expected user path.
- Experience writing clear test cases and actionable bug reports.
- A practical understanding of functional, exploratory, and regression testing.
- Ability to distinguish high-impact problems from minor issues and prioritize accordingly.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently, organize testing work, and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Availability to work in our Markham office Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
