Join our dynamic team as a QC/Document Control Inspector, where your keen eye for detail and passion for quality will drive excellence across our quality processes. In this vital role, you will oversee quality management systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and maintain meticulous documentation to support our commitment to delivering top-tier products. Your proactive approach will help uphold our reputation for precision, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Duties

- Conduct thorough quality control inspections of products and components using precision tools such as calipers to verify specifications meet established standards.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of quality assurance activities, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
- Support production teams by providing real-time feedback on quality issues and assisting in root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Implement and monitor quality management procedures in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.




- Assist in calibration activities to ensure measuring instruments are accurate and reliable for inspection tasks.
- Participate in internal audits and support external inspections to demonstrate compliance with quality standards.

Skills

- Strong understanding of quality management principles within a production environment.
- Proficiency in performing quality control inspections and utilizing measurement tools such as calipers.
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting inspection data and identifying process deviations.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices, including documentation control and compliance standards.
- Ability to collect, organize, and maintain detailed records accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, manufacturing workflows, and industry-specific regulations.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.
