Are you looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment? We are looking for a self-motivated Quality Control Technician to join our team. As a member of our Operations Team, you will work with a team to ensure products are handled properly, complying with health & safety standards.

Schedule Requirements (Part-time)

- Flexible schedule with Sunday availability

Your Responsibilities Include:

- Perform various inspections including, daily operational inspection, room temperature monitoring, metal detection verification, building inspection, and monitor GMP’s
- Carry out all line checks to ensure compliance with product and process specifications
- Inspect raw material products and outgoing products, and report any deficiencies
- Perform control point checks, pre-shipment reviews, and allergen checks
- Review and verify production records for completion and accuracy
- Microbial sampling of raw materials, environmental, and finished products
- Adhere to food safety and HACCP Principles

Your Qualifications Include:





- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and methodical in documentation and processes
- A self-starter, a team player, and a finisher
- Physically capable of carrying up to 20 lbs
