The Quality Engineer/Specialist will also establish procedures and audit controls to meet business requirements, as well as identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of company operations

- on:Oversee company compliance with all ISO-9000 and CISC quality system requiremen
- ts.Manage certifications, quality audits, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodi
- es.Prepare, maintain, and update quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and SOP
- ’s.Perform internal audits that are compliant with corporate policies, practices, and procedur
- es.Ensure ongoing compliance with local, national/international standards and legislati
- on.Promote and advocate quality achievement and performance improvement across the organizati
- on.Collaborate with all departments to ensure adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and customer-specific requirements and report regular quality metrics to manageme

- rt:Ensure all products meet or exceed company and customer quality standar
- ds.Review specifications for each project along with engineered shop drawings to ensure that there are no conflicts and that specific requirements are called out on the pla
- ns.Oversee the inspection of finished product against company quality standards and specific project requirements (welds, dimensions, holes, placement of weeps, blast finish, coatings, etc
- .).Ensure proper calibrations of all equipment, maintain calibrations schedules and recor




- ds.Prepare Quality Certification Package documentation (CofC) for each project as requir
- ed.Create, maintain, issue and control all QA documentation required to support product quality during production (Receiving Inspection, In-Process and Final Inspections etc
- .).Ensure Final Inspections are completed using the Company’s approved checklist and documentati
- on.Lead quality improvement initiatives to safeguard product quality and improve efficien

REQUIREME

- NTS:Minimum 8+ years of direct work experience with QA systems, regulations, guidelines, and associated standards with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership r




- ole.ASQ-CQE and/or ASQ-CQA certifications are prefer
- red.Certified Level 2 or 3 Weld Inspector credentials considered an a
- ssetWorking knowledge of QA methodologies – ISO 9001:2015 and CISC stand
- ardsTraining and knowledge of Six Sigma techniques and Lean Manufacturing are desira
- ble.Custom fabrication and welding experience are considered an as
- set.Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Ch
- ain)Demonstrated experience leading quality initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excell
- enceMust possess excellent communication skills for liaising and communicating with vendors, customers, and internal departme
- nts.Practical experience with risk management, product testing, capability studies, and control pl
