Manual and virtual testing on a variety of devices. Documentation of test results for the software development team. Create tests to identify software problems. Motivate the development process for performance & efficiency.
Works alongside software developers to improve & enhance programs.
Review specifications requirements, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
Estimate, plan, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Robust knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Cypress. Good knowledge of database systems and scripting.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Experience with performance and/or security testing. Fluency in French is an asset.
