Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Materials, Processes and Certification Manager , the Quality Engineer will be responsible for the following:

- Ensure that the company’s systems comply with applicable standards and requirements, including Nadcap Composites, ISO 14000, REACH, and customer-specific requirements;
- Support the Engineering, Quality, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service departments on matters related to applicable standards and requirements;
- Act as a Project Manager for the Materials & Processes (M&P;) department;
- Participate in continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives;
- Perform any other related duties.

Profile We Are Looking For

Detail-oriented, analytical,



and comfortable working closely with production teams, you enjoy turning requirements into practical solutions and collaborating with others to continuously improve processes and ways of working. Experience or specialization in aerospace certifications, particularly NADCAP , is considered an asset.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Materials, Manufacturing Processes, or a related field;
- Professional Engineer designation (OIQ) or eligibility for membership with the OIQ is considered an asset.

Experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Languages Bilingualism in English and French, along with excellent written communication skills, is essential.

Skills

- Demonstrated experience implementing or maintaining NADCAP or ISO 14001 accreditations;
- Availability to travel.
