Compensation

Estimated annual base salary range: $60,093 - $90,134. Eligibility for S&C;’s annual incentive plan (AIP), with a target bonus of 4% of annual base earnings.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and test S&C; products in accordance with established specifications, standards, and procedures.
- Read, analyze and interpret technical documents such as codes, standards, drawings, specifications, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Provide technical support to shop floor manufacturing team members when required.
- Complete quality documentation related to product inspections.
- Ensure that product quality meets industry standards and the expectations of S&C;’s customers.
- Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

- Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Engineering Technologies, Quality Control, and/or related experience.
- Education or training related to the high‑voltage industry is an asset.




- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical assembly drawings.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A high degree of attention to detail.

Physical Effort

Normal or frequent minor physical effort required. Activities may involve standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting or moving objects or equipment up to 20 lbs.

Work Environment

Acceptable working environment with minor or almost no disagreeable or challenging conditions as part of everyday expected levels.
