We provide clients with Automobile, Personal Property, Motorcycle, RV, Commercial and other types of insurance.

What You’ll Do

As a Receptionist with Klondike, often as a first point of contact for our clients, you will play an essential role in our business. You will

- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, respectful, appreciative manner
- Manage phone calls efficiently - ensuring client needs are met by transferring them "real time" to the right in-office insurance professional
- Answer calls, determine client requirements, and manage call distribution by forwarding them the appropriate individual
- Work closely with our Broker Team delivering exceptional customer service

As a member of our Administrative Team you will also support the business in other areas which are necessary to run the agency. This may include
- managing mail and packages, processing financial transactions, monitoring and managing resources (printers, supplies), filing, organizing company events and generally supporting our insurance brokers, management and the business

- exceptional customer service skills and experience
- demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced role
- proficiency managing a modern switchboard with high call volumes
- ability to learn quickly and take on new tasks

Job Type: Full time Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
