Dilawri Group in Ontario is actively seeking a Receptionist to join the opening team at Kia Vaughan.

Pay Range: $18.00–$20.00 per hour The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors while supporting the dealership’s daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will create a positive and professional first impression, direct inquiries efficiently, and provide administrative and licensing support to the dealership team.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and visitors to the dealership in a warm, qualified, and courteous manner.




- Determine the purpose of each customer’s visit and promptly connect them with the appropriate department or team member.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls accurately and efficiently.
- Record and distribute complete and accurate messages.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide customers with appropriate dealership information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and showroom area.
- Assist with vehicle licensing documentation and related administrative processes.
- Prepare documentation and information required for dealer trades, vehicle pickups, and deliveries.
- Collect and process receipts, payments, and other documentation as required.
- Support the coordination and organization of dealership records and customer files.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
- Provide general administrative assistance to dealership departments.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer, employee, and dealership information.
- Collaborate with dealership team members to support an efficient and positive customer experience.
- Perform other administrative duties required to support dealership operations.

Qualifications

- Minimum of two years of reception, customer service, or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous automotive dealership experience is preferred.
- Vehicle licensing experience is required.
- Experience using One-Eighty, a customer relationship management system, or comparable dealership software is considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanour.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately record and communicate messages and information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and focused while providing exceptional service.
- Positive and solutions-oriented approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and bring them to completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with Saturday shifts as required.
