Regional Nurse Manager Contract

Permanent 9am-5pm- Mon-Friday Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.

The Regional Nurse

Manager provides clinical leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction for nursing services across the region. This role is responsible for supporting high-quality, culturally safe, and person-cantered care, while ensuring compliance with professional standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) A Master of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN)



is an asset or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Current registration and a strong clinical nursing background, with demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams and supporting professional practice standards. Proven ability to oversee nursing operations, manage clinical programs, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient and community care.

Experience implementing quality improvement initiatives, monitoring clinical outcomes, maintaining accreditation standards, and addressing complex clinical and operational challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with Indigenous communities, healthcare partners, leadership teams, and external stakeholders to advance shared health priorities.

The Pay

Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
