We are looking to hire two Registered Massage Therapists to join our new multi-disciplinary health clinic that is set to open October 1, 2026.

We are looking for RMTs to assess and treat physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissue and joints of the body. A bonus would be a RMT who has specialized training in acupuncture and can offer this service within their scope of practice.

Your spacious office at Enthuse Wellness Centre includes a new Sukha Flat Top Electric Massage Table that is 30", as well as linens and pillows, which are provided and laundered for you, unless you wish to use your own. You will have access to staff parking that is on-site and directly across the street. You will have access to Jane App for booking, charting, scheduling, and billing.

The administrator/receptionist will take care of the direct billing/payments and scheduling for your clients, as well as ensure the completion of intake forms.

Experienced and recent graduates are welcome to apply. The position is for an independent contractor on a split, starting at 70% in favour of the RMT, and this is negotiable.

Responsibilities

- Provide client-centered care
- Conduct new client assessments and development of individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments using various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage
- Maintain detailed and accurate client charts (treatment notes and progress reports)




- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations
- Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, explain procedures, and ensure comfort throughout sessions
- Participate in ongoing professional development

Skills and Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear and compassionate communication skills to address client questions and concerns
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to licensing requirements for massage therapy practice
- Must be registered and in good standing with the CMTO or for recent graduates have a upcoming registration exam
