Busy family physician office in East Hamilton looking to hire a Registered Practical Nurse

Part-time hours. Familiar with Telus/Practice Solutions EMR and Serbian/Croatian or Italian speaking assets.

Ideal candidates will have excellent health assessment/clinical skills, the ability to perform the full range of duties and responsibilities, and experience working with collaborative, inter-professional teams. They also have direct primary care experience, strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, and computer abilities. Italian , Croatian/Serbian speaking an asset.

Duties to include full nurse assessments, management of in office care of patients and other family office work. Current certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario is required.

Successful candidates will practice to the RPN scope in busy practice environment.
