Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Remote Medical Aesthetics Appointment Setter / Spa Concierge who understands the aesthetics industry and knows how to turn inquiries into booked appointments.

The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a medical spa, cosmetic clinic, dermatology/plastic surgery practice, or similar aesthetics environment and is already familiar with treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, skin treatments, and other medical aesthetic services.

You will communicate with new and existing leads by phone and text, answer treatment-related questions, follow up consistently, overcome common objections, and confidently guide prospective clients toward booking a consultation or appointment.

Duties

- Contact new and existing leads by phone (provided by the company).
- Respond quickly and professionally to incoming inquiries.
- Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet booked.
- Book consultations and treatment appointments while maximizing the clinic's schedule.
- Confidently discuss common medical aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, skin treatments, and related services.
- Answer general treatment questions and explain promotions while staying within the appropriate scope of a non-medical role.
- Handle common objections regarding price, timing, treatment concerns, and readiness to book.
- Re-engage past clients and inactive leads to generate new appointments.
- Maintain accurate notes, lead statuses, follow-up tasks,



and appointment information in the CRM/booking system.
- Provide a polished, friendly, and professional client experience while maintaining a strong focus on appointment conversion.
- Meet performance expectations related to lead follow-up, appointments booked, show rates, and conversions.

Experience
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, a medical spa, cosmetic clinic, dermatology/plastic surgery practice, or closely related spa/beauty environment is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of medical aesthetic services such as Botox/neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, and professional skin treatments.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, lead conversion, front desk/concierge, patient coordination, or aesthetic sales is highly desirable.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads multiple times.
- Strong sales instincts with the ability to build rapport, identify client needs, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the appointment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM, scheduling, and digital communication platforms.
- Highly organized and able to manage a large volume of leads and follow-ups without losing attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Qualified, personable, persistent, and results-oriented.

Pay: $500.00-$3,000.00 per month
