Job Summary
780 Construction Inc. has been doing renovation and construction work across the Edmonton area since 2016. We're growing our team and looking to bring on a Renovation Specialist for a variety of projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Flooring installation and repair
- Trim carpentry, including baseboard and molding installation
- Interior painting
- Door installation and repair
- Drywall repair, patching, taping, mudding, and sanding
- Tile installation and repair
- Basic plumbing rough-in and repairs
- Basic electrical rough-in and repairs (outlets, fixtures)
- Demolition and debris removal
- Caulking and sealing
- Coordinating with other subs/trades on site as needed
- General site cleanup and material handling
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in renovation or trades work
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable working independently and versatile across different types of work
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting
- Adherence to construction safety standards on every job site
What we offer:
