We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Rental Turnover / New Home After Sales Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless property turnover processes and delivering exceptional after-sales service to new homeowners and tenants. Your energetic approach will help coordinate repairs, inspections, and customer interactions, ensuring our residents experience smooth transitions and ongoing satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the turnover process for rental units and complete repairs, and inspections to ensure properties are move-in ready.
- Collaborate with Project Coordinator and contractors to facilitate timely repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of work orders, service history, and communication logs, ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide excellent customer service by managing after hours emergency calls and determine urgency of repair. Demonstrating strong phone etiquette, and fostering positive relationships with homeowners/tenants.
- Work closely with Project Coordinator with communication and updates on all repairs.
- Must have own vehicle.
- Open to self employed individual.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in carpentry, drywall repairs, minor electrical issues, some plumbing issues, flooring installation.
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette; ability to handle inquiries confidently and courteously.
- Experience customer relationship management is a plus, demonstrating negotiation skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Knowledge of property management operations, including maintenance coordination and homeowner/tenant relations.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
