Role Description The Research Analyst role at Grow Your Business is a part-time remote position focused on supporting marketing and business strategy through data-driven insights. On a day-to-day basis, the Research Analyst will conduct market research on competitors, customer segments, and industry trends, and synthesize findings into explicit reports and presentations. The role includes gathering and organizing data from various sources, performing basic statistical analyses, and identifying patterns that can inform marketing funnel optimization and automation strategies.

Analyst will collaborate with team members to translate research outcomes into practical recommendations and communicate results to stakeholders in a clear, accessible manner. Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics to interpret data and generate actionable insights.




- Candidates should possess Market Research and general Research skills to gather, evaluate, and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly in written reports and verbal discussions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or basic analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards).
- Relevant experience in marketing, business analysis, or data research is beneficial, especially within digital marketing or automation-focused environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a part-time schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in fields such as Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, or related disciplines are preferred but not strictly required with equivalent experience.
