We are looking for an engineer combining strong scientific expertise with excellent communication skills and enjoying addressing industrial challenges worldwide. In this role, you will act as a key interface between our research center and international partners, providing scientific and technical expertise on-site, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers and promote R&D; Carbon technologies.

- Analyze process and quality control data and provide clear recommendations.

- Develop research and development activities related to industrial study cases

- Prepare technical reports, presentations and scientific documentation.

- Travel internationally to customer facilities for audits, optimization, troubleshooting.

- Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical advisor.

- Deliver technical training to operators, engineers and laboratory technicians.





- Represent R&D; Carbon at customer meetings, conferences and technical events.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, material science or related disciplines.

- Strong knowledge of material characterization, laboratory testing and data analysis.

- Exposure to process, equipment or product development and scale-up projects.

- Experience interacting directly with customers in an industrial environment or in industrial R&D;, technical customer support, process engineering.

- Experience in preparing technical reports and delivering training.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English; French and/or German are considered a strong asset. Willingness to travel internationally.
