About the OpportunityAs an Independent Cleaning Contractor with MTR Cleaning Group, you'll provide residential and occasional commercial cleaning services to clients throughout Scarborough and surrounding areas.

This is a subcontractor position, not an employee role, making it ideal for experienced cleaners who operate independently and enjoy managing their own schedules. You'll be assigned cleaning opportunities based on availability and service area while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Typical cleaning tasks include

- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Kitchen and bathroom sanitization
- Cleaning bedrooms and living areas
- Deep cleaning services
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Following client-specific cleaning requirements
- Providing friendly, professional customer service





What We're Looking ForRequirements✅ Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience (minimum 2 years) ✅ Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality

✅ Reliable, punctual, and professional

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

✅ Ability to supply your own cleaning equipment and products (required)
