Support adults with developmental disabilities as a Residential Counsellor at Lawson Ministries. - Develop individualized care plans with Service Users
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of residences
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Manage medication dispensing and orders
- Transport Service Users as needed

Requirements:

- Diploma in Developmental Social Work or Human Services
- 2 years' experience with adults with disabilities
- First Aid and CPR certification required
- Current non-violent crisis intervention training
- Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s license
