Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $23.00 Hourly EMSL is seeking a Sales Assistant in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate has a customer service background and the ability to learn quickly and work with complex systems. Assist with incoming as well as follow up outbound Phone Calls and emails to/from customers Arrange/set up client and/or client prospect appointments for Account Manager Data Entry and maintenance of hotlists, communications, documents in our CRM Program Create /send follow up marketing materials and/or sales proposals/quote Bachelor's degree in Science or Business preferred, but not required Two years work experience required Experience with high volume customer service Must have excellent phone etiquette Must be proficient in computer systems for Client Relationship Management Databases (CRM) and Shopping Cart Order Systems Position is full time, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m.
