Supervisor is expected to lead by example, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Responsibilities - Assign sales workers to duties.

- Authorize return of merchandise.
- Train or arrange for staff training.




- Order merchandizes to replenish inventory.
- Organize and manage inventory.
- Establish work schedules.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandize and personnel matters.
- Resolve problems that arise at the store, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store workers.
- Conduct performance reviews.
